PAST PERFORMANCE FACTOR

EVALUATION: The Offeror provided three past performance references. The past performance evaluators received responses from all references provided. Based on a review of these references, the past performance panel determined that the offeror has adequate work experience performing contracts similar to this requirement in scope and magnitude. There were no contracts cited where the offeror was terminated for convenience or default or were subject to litigation. Of the areas rated by respondents, ratings ranged from exceptional to satisfactory with most in the exceptional to very good range. Based on the above, the Offeror is assessed a risk rating of BLUE. There is little doubt that the offeror can perform the proposed effort.
